You all should know by now that for the next two weeks Hurricane High School will be on a modified bell schedule, and that the lunch hour will be divided between the floors. The downstairs third block classes will have a thirty minute lunch break and then be sent to class. Then the upstairs classes will have a thirty minute break. Here is the lunch schedule:

11:30 - Report to 3rd Block
11:33 - Downstairs classes report to lunch
12:03 - Downstairs classes return to class
12:08 - Tardy Bell for downstairs classes
12:10 - Upstairs classes report to lunch
12:40 - Upstairs classes return to class
12:45 - Tardy Bell for downstairs classes
1:45 - Report to 4th Block

* All clubs, along with tutoring, have been suspended.
* No student will be allowed outside during lunch.

If anyone is okay with this, please let me know, so that I can tell you that you're insane straight to your face.

Starting today, and continuing for as long as this new schedule is in effect, students will be participating in 'eaceful Lunch-Time Protests.' Any student wishing to participate should go through the lunch line, get their lunch, and sit at the benches in front of the school. I, for one, will be eating there. Who's with me?

A special note to students and teachers. Hart's Army members will be interviewing students and teachers on the issues of Hurricane High School throughout the week. They will also be passing around surveys and polls. Don't be afraid to voice your opinions. Remember, this is still America, and you still have Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression!
